Brighton

Vi åkte till Brighton på påskdagen. Ovan är Richard och Ellie på en pub där vi käkade och nedan är jag och Ellie på tåget på vägen hem.
We went to Brighton on Easter Monday. Above is Richard and Ellie at a pub where we had some food and below is me and Ellie on the train on the way home.

Snö/Snow

Over the Easter weekend we got the first, and hopefylly last, snow for this winter. It was beautiful, but I'd rather spring came along properly now.
Över påskhelgen fick vi första, och förhoppningsvis sista snön, för den här vintern. Det är ju jättefint, men nu vill jag helst att våren ska komma på riktigt.

Amy tyckte det var spännande när jag tog fram växthuset för att driva upp mina små pelargoner.

Amy found it very exiting with the little greenhouse I brought out to help the pelargoniums.

Finding Nemo/Hitta Nemo

Här sitter Elliott och Richard och kollar på Hitta Nemo. Ellie mådde inte riktigt bra och behövde lite distraktion - och Hitta Nemo funkade bra!

Det är toppen att få bita på pappas tumme när det kliar i tandköttet.

Things that are flowering in our garden/Saker som blommar i vår trädgård

Det blommar för fullt i vår lilla trädgård nu, trots att det bara är i början på mars. Rosmarin, påskliljor, lungört och vinca. I helgen har jag rensat ogräs, Ellie sov så gott i sin vagn som stod på altanen, och planterat om pelargonier som jag köpt. Här ska det vara pelargonier över allt till sommaren!
Lots of things are already flowering in our little garden. Rosemary, daffodils, Joseph and Mary, vinca and pansies. I spent a few hours in the garden on Saturday, Ellie was sleeping in her pram outside, weeding the flowerbeds and re+potting geraniums that I bought.

Grattis Ulf!/Congratulations Ulf!

Den största anledningen för besöket var att fira Snuffe Luffen som fyllde 40! Ovan är födelsedagsbarnet tillsammans med Klara. Nedan kan födelsedagsbarnet skådas tillsamans med bror Andreasson d.ä och Rillepojken.

The main reason for the Sweden visit was to celebrate Ulf turning 40! Above you can see the birthday boy himself together with Klara and below B.B with the oldest of the Andreasson siblings, Ronny, and Richard.

Sweden/Sverige

Elliott's första Sverige besök gick av stapeln i Februari. Här är hon på planet.

Vi träffade Ebba, Hanna och Oskar och deras föräldrar en dag, så det var full rulle och så roligt att få träffas!

We met up with Ebba, Hanna and Oscar and their parents one afternoon which was lovely.

Tre månader/Three months

Den här lilla filuren fyllde tre månader i lördags. Hipp, hipp, hurra för Elliott!
This little thingy was three months old last Saturday. Hurrah for Elliott!

Cumbria

Vi var på semester i Cumbria på gränsen till the Lake District i norra England förra veckan. Vi hyrde en jättemysig stuga och gick på promenader och njöt av det fantastiska vädret.
We were in Cumbria on the border to the Lake District last week. We rented a really lovely cottage and went for nice walks and enjoyed the fantastic weather.

Vi hälsade på Kevin och Eileen som har flyttat till Carlisle och köpt ett helt enorm paradvåning mitt i stan. Mycket renovering att göra men det kommer bli helt fantastiskt. Ovan är Kev tillsammans med Elliott.
We visited Kevin and Eileen in their new amazing house in the middle of Carlisle. The house is huge and there's a lot of renovation to do but they're working hard and it'll look lovely. Above is Kev together with Elliott.

Boxing Ellie/Elliott boxas

Vår lilla tjej har börjat ta tag i saker vilket demonstreras i slutet av denna film. Hon är också en hejare på att boxa sina små djur kompisar.

Our little girl has started grabbing things which you can see her do in the end of this movie. She's also a bit of a pro when it comes to boxing her little animal friends. (Not out cats thankfully, only the small, soft animals made of fabric..)

Morfar och Gunilla/Grandad and Gunilla

Elliotts morfar och Gunilla kom och hälsade på förra veckan vilket var väldigt efterlängtat och mysigt.
Elliotts granddad and Gunilla came to visit last week which was lovely, we've been looking forward to this a long time.

Pratkvarn/Chatterbox

Redan vår?/Spring already?

Nu har några av mina snödroppar redan tittat upp! På mina promenader runt Merstham har jag också sett påskliljor i full blom. Och vincan som är på bilden nedan har blommat under hela december.
Some of my snowdrops have already started to flower. On my walks around Merstham I've seen daffodils in full bloom. The Periwinkle on the picture below has been flowering since December.

Fint besök/Sweden visitors

Fina Agneta och Elin kom och hälsade på i helgen. Vi tog det lugnt, promenerade och pratade massa. Agneta blev också besatt av Bopit och försökte sätta nytt rekord med blandat resultat. En toppen helg!
Lovely Angeta and Elin came to visit over the weekend. We took it easy, went for walks and talkedandtalked. Agneta also developed an obsession with Bopit and tried to break the record with a somewhat limited result. It was a lovely weekend.
