Här är jag och världens sötaste unge! Elliott har börjat le och skratta jätte mycket nu. Hon försöker också
att rulla över till rygg när hon ligger på mage, men har inte riktigt lyckats än. Idag var det dags
för första vaccinationerna vilket var lite traumatiskt för både Elliott och mig.
Me with the cutest baby in the world! Elliott is smiling and laughing quite a lot now. She's also trying to roll over to her back when lying
on her tummy, but she hasn't managed yet. IT was time for the first vaccinations today which was
a bit traumatic for both Elliott and me.

Juletid/Christmas time

Vi var lite dåliga på att ta kort under julen, men här ovan är Elliott med sin faster Brigit och jag öppnar en av Elliotts många julklappar.

Wintergarden/Vinterträdgård

Vi har haft ordentlig frost några nätter nu.
Så här fin var trädgården en morgon denna veckan.
We've had proper night frost a few times this week.
It's great waking up seeing the garden looking this lovely and crisp.

Var sak på sin plats-Each thing in the right place

Leelas nya hygieniska favorit ställe att ligga på är mellan den varma vatten kokaren och den varma radion. Amy lägger sig där hon tror hon har störst chans till lite klappar och uppmärksamhet.
Leela's new favourite hygenic place is between the warm kettle and the warm radio. Amy is mostly lying wherever she can get the most attention. Like in the middle of the kitchen table.

Mormor

Elliotts mormor har varit hos oss i en vecka vilket var helt fantastiskt. Hon lyckades få de första riktiga leendena från Elliott!
Elliott's Swedish grandma "Mormor" has been staying with us a week which has been great. She managed to get the first proper smiles from Ellie!

Hello!

Our little girl is growing fast! She is now over 4kg (9.2lb)  and 56 cm long.
Vår lilla tjej växer snabbt! Nu väger hon 4,1kg och är 56 cm lång.

Granny and Granddad-Farmor o Farfar

Elliotts farmor och farfar kom och hälsade på medan vi var kvar på sjukhuset. Elliott's Granny and Granddad came to visit us in hospital.

Elliott fick en släng av gulsot och fick sola lite en dag innan vi fick åka hem.

Elliott got a bit jaundiced and had to go in the little sunlamp for a day before we could go home.

Vår dotter Elliott Anna Emm föddes en dag innan beräknat datum den 16 november 2007. Världens finaste lilla tjej!!
Our daughter Elliott Anna Emm was born one day before due date on the 16th Novmber 2007. The most beautiful baby in the world!

Spjalsang/Babybed

Nu ar spjalsangen pa plats och an sa lange har katterna inte hittat upp i den.

The cotbed is all ready now. So far the cats have not found their way up in it.
Till skillnad fran moseskorgen som tillsammans med bilbarnstolen har blivit Amy's nya favorit plats. Tror vi har lite problem framfor oss...
Unfortunately Amy has found and now loves the moses basket as well as the babycarseat. Think we might have a little problem in front of us...

Kanelbullar/Cinnamonbuns

Igar bakade jag en jatte deg med kanelbullar. Med lite tur och sjalvdiciplin sa finns det nagra kvar att bjuda pa nar bebisen har kommit, men bara om den kommer inom tre dagar. Annars kommer alla vara uppatna av mig.
Yesterday I baked a massive dough of cinnamonbuns. With a bit of luck and self disciplin there may be a few left to offer visitors when the baby has arrived. But only if it arrives within about three days. If not, they will all be gone and eaten by me.

Host tradgard/Autumn garden

Sa har fina host farger ar det i tradgarden nu. Det har ju varit sa varmt under hosten sa smultrorna blommar fortfarande!
We've got lovely colours in the garden now. And it's been so warm that the wild strawberries are still flowering!


Den har flyttade in i tradgarden forra helgen och lyser pa kvallarna.
This moved into the garden last weekend and is shining in the evenings.
